MW: Your background is very interesting, tell us more about your interest, first in being an agent for actors and actresses, and then for male models? How the transition did take place? Who influenced you to go into the modeling world?

MW: Who is Shabby Shahryar? What are some of your personal interests and likes?

I am a happy go lucky person that loves life and lives every moment to its fullest. I have an amazing family, great group of friends that I am surrounded by, and I love my job! ... what more can I ask for?

MW: Tell us more about being an agent and talent manager, what are some of your most important responsibilities?

As an agent, you really have to be a selfless person. You are working really hard for these models by getting them out there! As long as I am open and honest with them and we communicate we avoid problems.... it is my responsibilty to assure them I work for them because I want to... not because I have to.

MW: Give us the scoop on Bleu's most important male models?

All the boys on the wall are important in their own unique ways, which is why they are on our board. I enjoy working with all the boys and some of the guys are like my big brothers and best friends. They are all great!

MW: What are some of your future plans in the modeling industry?

I would love to start a Celebrity Division doing endorsement campaigns.
