_MODEL CPA: ModelWatch favorite Dylan Cannon who did a gig for Abercrombie and Fitch is one of Integrity's star! Stay tuned for the re-launch of Dylan's profile! Photoshoot by Thorsten Horvath.
ModelWatch: A lot of great looking guys, potential models, are often rejected due to the normal height requirement, do you take exceptions to this rule?

Nurch: Yes, because height is not everything. Although it can be an advantage in modeling, there are all types of modeling opportunities where height is not a requirement. Again, the physical attributes of a person are not my primary reason for choosing talent.

ModelWatch: What would you consider the trend when it comes to the look of today.

Nurch: I'm partial to the classic gentleman look, that most women adore in a man.

To tell you the truth, I'm a bit old fashion when it comes to trends. I don't always like what I see , but I just concentrate on the individual who is or wants to be a model and I try to help find their place.

ModelWatch: Do you concentrate on any particular market? As far as the US modeling market is concerned, which of the fashion center do you wish to create a major presence?

Nurch: Integrity Talent Management has concentrated its efforts in NYC and LA mainly. These two markets are the grand daddys of modeling and acting. Integrity's office is almost directly centered between these cities.

MANLY APPEAL: Integrity's Bart, a campaign for American Eagle highlights his young career.
I don't think this is by accident either. For some reason, living in the center of the USA, I feel I'm strategically placed to create a major influence in both areas.

Virtually, the middle of the USA is untapped of the very talent I am seeking and I hope to bring that talent to both markets. Not to say I'm not working or want to work other USA markets, I do wish to create that presense in these markets first.

ModelWatch: Tell us a bit about the models. Could you mention some names and what are they trying to accomplish at the moment?

Nurch: Jeron is with Boss Models NYC; besides working in NYC, he hopes to soon go to Europe. Bart is with Major Model Management; he just moved recently to NYC and has landed some opportunities with American Eagle. Aram Nathan is is living in LA pursuing acting and modeling.

Ryan S is with Ford Models NYC & LA. Bruce Weber has shot him for A&F, Hollister, Ralph Lauren Polo. Travis Wolfe is living in LA pursuing acting and is with Wilhelmina LA. Zach Chitwood is with Equinox of LA.

Dylan, who was just recently interviewed by this site, is planning to return to modeling as soon as he is out of school. These are just a few who I feel very privileged to work with.

THE TRANSFORMATION OF TRAVIS WOLFE
Look at me now! Travis Wolfe today, the transformation is amazing!
Back to the Future: Travis Wolfe during the early part of his career.
ModelWatch: What would be Integrity's dream accomplishment? What would be your plans for the future?

Nurch: WoW, what a big question. However, to make it as simple as I can, my dream accomplishment would be to see this industry filled with people of integrity. Instead of thinking only of themselves, one would look to see how their skills and knowledge would benefit others. No one is made to "do it on their own". We weren't made to be an "island" of sorts and isolate ourself from others. It can be lonely at the top if bridges are burned along the way.

Plans for the future would definitely include a resource center where those of experience share their insights to the newbies next in line.

ModelWatch: Word of advice for the aspiring male models, what does it take to become one- your point of view.

TOP BETS: From top (counterclockwise): Zach, Jeron, Casey, Hunter, Ryan and Travis (center).
Nurch: My one word of advice; its not how good looking you are that will bring true success in this industry. There need to be a sense of purpose and destiny that you are truely called to this. With it will come the right personality to overcome all obstacles, including the many rejections.

And maybe I'm a bit bias, but a person you can call your "manager" is in my opinion essential to get you through the tough times. This manager is one who believes in you 100% and will encourage, guide, and support your efforts all along the way.
