Lane and Kyle: The Start of Something Big- The Carlson Twins granted Minnesota Monthly with an interview back in July 2001.

It was a good read not only for their fans but for anyone interested in how the Twins started modeling. We are showing here an excerpt of the interview...

"We thought, hey, what if five or ten years down the road, we're not looking so good, we might think, "We should've followed up on that chance to model." Kyle said

It was Lane who, together with his girlfriend in a mall in Wisconsin, had seen a sign inviting those interested in modeling to meet the scouts and agents.

Lane accepted the invitation from one of the scouts and asked for 2, since he wanted to tell Kyle about it.

As they say the rest is history...

"Its the prestige job. Being at that level, shooting Abercrombie, as new as we are at this, we were pretty damn lucky."
