MW: Provide us with a sneak preview of who will become the Faces of the Future? Who are the agency's new discoveries that you are most excited about- with emphasis on your male models?

Vikki: The new faces to watch at Scene are Oli Zuk, Matt Milosevic, Malcolm Petersen and Jay Cooper.

Look out for the gorgeous hunk Alex Trollope who is in New York with IMG Men and Stefan Walker with Storm in London.

MW: On a rather personal question, in your personal view, what is the future of modeling and fashion? What are the qualities you look for in a model? If someone wishes to become a part of the agency's roster of models, what should he do?

Vikki: The modelling industry has gone through many changes over the past ten years but I still believe that classically good looking men will always work in the industry.

Quirky, interesting looks come and go, some of them do very well and make a niche in the market place for themselves, while others do one or two things and disappear. Personality is still the most important factor in determining whether or not someone will be successful. Agents can only do so much with getting the castings, at the end of the day it is up to the model to win over the client and repeat business is always the proof that they have been successful.

A good energy is what we look for when we sign on a new model, looks are one thing but the whole men's board needs to feel that the model is going to work as hard as we will to get the job.

Scene also has an innovative way of rewarding its models for loyalty, professionalism and all round great attitude.

As Scene is a Public listed company on the Stock Exchange, every six months the top two models are rewarded with a share package. This gives them an added incentive to treat modelling as a serious career, not be late for appointments, be friendly and respectful to clients and agents and overall to be proud to be a Scene Model and represent the agency in the world marketplace.

MW: Finally, plans for the future?

Vikki: Scene will continue to grow at a steady rate but will always stick to the formula that quality is better than quantity.
